    Company offered 2023 Mack, he said yes, and get into the truck, then he refused to drive, not his "favorite truck", then we found his "favorite truck" Freightliner 2022. He was set to go, dispatch found him a load, but since it was 4th of July weekend, it was not a perfect one, he would have to wait 1 day for unload. We offered him +$300 on top of what he was paid (80cpm he is demanding when he applied for job because he has "10 years of experience"). He started driving, and said truck shaking, and i dont like it and said im returning truck. I had a reliable driver driving that truck for weeks he said the truck runs smoothly with no issues, its a NEW truck. So overall the guy it just a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Find someone more reliable.
