    Avoid this driver by any cost, damage on equipment in several occasions when was terminated he add diesel in the DEF tank.

    Driver was constantly late, either for pick ups or deliveries, on 9 out of 10 loads. Wasn't managing the hours properly, was hard to reach on the phone as we couldn't wake him up, he was sleeping for 14-15 hours. Had two incidents when he damaged the truck out of negligence and one time left the reefer without reefer fuel, while the truck was in a shop with a pharmaceutical load.
