On the start the driver was ok. After some time he started going every week home and not come for a few days. He was telling that he needed to go to the doctor, that he had some issues etc. He lived in Florida and on the beginning it was okay because we taught that he indeed had some issues. When that started happening every week we started getting worried that there is something more to the story. When he was home he was not picking up the phone, not giving updates and stuff like that. He abandoned the trailer and it was towed away which caused us more than $2000 to recover it. After that he started driving again and requested to go home again. While he was home we got a call from another company where he applied to work. He told us that he will bring the truck to base and he will leave. He refused to bring it with a load and drove all the way from FL to IL empty. He held the truck for 2 days while he was transferring his stuff to the other company. After that, he abandoned the truck on a different yard which is not ours. When we send our maintenance guy to recover the truck he saw that the truck was running. The coolant was on zero. The airlines were cut with a knife and all the straps were cut to the core which you can see on the pictures. We paid for the truck to be towed to our shop so we can fix it. When he left he started cursing and threatening everyone who works for the company. Whatever you do DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY if you don't want to have troubles every day.
