Try to avoid this guy, pretends to be professional and reliable at the beginning, but as time goes by his mental or emotional issues starts to become visible. He starts being late for pickups and deliveries, any time company employees have to speak with him it turns in to a major issue. Prone to fits of rage, very uncooperative and down right rude. We as company have active monitoring of driving performances for all of our drivers via dash cam and speed monitoring, and I must say his driving is borderline reckless on a daily bases. After multiple close collision events, constant speeding and more than a few missed appointments we decided to terminate his employment. We have notified him and give him option to finish current load, and we would be open to getting him load toward our terminal where he can return equipment, get paid and find another employer... despite that HE DECIDED TO ABANDON OUR EQUIPMENT EN ROUT AND JUST LEAVE. Absolutely unprofessional and reckless behavior!!!
