    Driver ran out of fuel after delivering first load. Got truck and trailer stuck in mud on 3rd load and ABANDONED truck and trailer while under a load. The last load that he was on was booked heading in the direction for the driver to see his son, we were not obligated to do this but he wanted to do this before being routed home. He stopped 3hrs from delivery and refused to use the remaining 5hrs on the clock to get to delivery city. Driver will not drive past 4pm because he needs to get a space at truck stop. CDL is out of Florida and driver's home city is Port Saint Lucie, Florida
