It’s the worse driver we ever had! He was constantly late on the reefer appointments , did damage to the truck (around 4000$ On repairs), was not doing PTI, was driving with disconnecting logbook , he can leave the truck on the road, constantly lying to dispatch about his location, can go to sleep for 12 hours 30 ml away from delivery knowing he is missing delivery appointment and will not pick up the phone for 10 hours! He told to dispatch he is at the delivery already, but he wasn’t, he showed up 10 hours later, per gps was only 2 hour away, we still don’t know where was he for 10 hours. For 1 week he damaged 4 new tires, trailer and truck and didn’t tell us about damage, was driving lake that for 2 weeks , we got lucky he didn’t get inspection and tires didn’t blow out . If you keep his deposit, he will try to report you to FMCSA (making up different stories about your company operation mistakes). Better stay away from this driver!

very unstable person say one think and another, don't do PTI, drove on a flat tire, so other people at truckstop had to tell him that, was in front of the shop so they could pach tire,he got in arguments and left truckstop WITH FLAT tire and NO logbook connected, than called road service on his own, stopped at the casino, then left and went to another casino, so even road service had to chase him, drove with no headlight working until DOT stopped him, than damaged hubcap glass on a trailer axle and bent rim, drove from Baltimore ,md to chicago,il with leaking hub I am surprised that it didn't catch on fire, LEFT TRUCK TRAILER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LOAD(thank GOD because he wouldn't be made to his delivery in Iowa anyway with hub leaking badly like that, Aslo truck has wouldnt build air more than 90 PSI, and we asked him multiple times if he has any airleaks, and he said everthing was fine(he just didnt want to go to the shop)i am not even saying that truck was messy like garbega can after him!!!!
