We hired this driver and let her go 1 week later. Between her lack of experience and high maintenance personality - it made it very difficult to work with her. 24 hours into her employment she sent tens of emails to the safety department. When reaching out to her she would talk over you to prove her point, you could not talk to her - it was her talking only and not accepting any advice. She did that with the logs department and her dispatcher as well. We asked her to come back to our yard to let her go. We bought her a plane ticket and fired her. We were later hit with complaints and bad reviews. --Non-cooperative an argumentative - during her orientation she got into an argument with another driver - on how dare drivers bring pets along with them in the truck and how can they be so ignorant to other drivers whom will have to drive that stinky truck later.-- Be aware!
