    At first he was very nice an polite, said he wants lots of work and lots of miles. No problem! We made it clear on how we operate. He told our dispatch he needed to go home because of swollen feet and medication refill, but told another employee it was wife's birthday. Whatever, safety first, his health is more important to us. We sent him home. We gave him some local work to do in the meantime, which he was late for each time, but he said it would be the last couple loads he would do for us as his doctor advised him against driving. We tried to work with him on getting our equipment back to our terminal. Ultimately, he abandoned it at a Flying J in TX and refused to work with us. He accused us of "lying" to him which was never true.
