    Waist of the time. When he was hired he guaranteed that he could drive at least 3000 miles a week. After starting, there were all kinds of reasons not to drive: he got sick, he doesn't drive to certain states because it is not safe for him (personal reason), he can't go for the pick up, because it is a tea time, he doesn't drive if it's raining, if it snows, for example: to avoid a light snow in TX, he made extra 400 miles. Can make 1500 miles a week with persuasions to take a load. He considers the truck as his house with a lot of stuff. THREATENING AN APPEAL. Be careful with him.

    Driver will look at your truck and start saying things like its not good enough and this is not what he was promised. Then start to complain that he was bate and switched.
