This driver didn't drive much, he was always at home with excuses, at the end he abandoned the truck in TX on the road, we had to repark the truck and recover it with another driver. Don't recommend at all.

This guys is full of shit. He applied with us and his application had companies where he says that he left because his son passed away in 2019, then I saw here a company posted he lied that his son passed away like 2 weeks ago.... I called him and asked about it and he said his son passed away in 2019 by strangling, and to the company online he said he passed away by car accident... He told me on the phone that he has a beautiful wife home and wants to go home every 3 weeks. And later when I asked him about his death in family he told him his wife passed away 2 weeks ago.... :-o - it's incredible, what stuff people would lie onto... just beyond my comprehension

He drove only for 1 week, brand new truck and brand new trailer. Before he even finished the first load he called to say his son died in a car accident. Lied of course, but what can you do…right?! And he has to go home immediately. We sent him home with a crappie load for 1400 miles and he said he will be ready to leave the next day, than next day, than next day…than not until he gets his paycheck with everything he drove and no deductions. He even picked up a load on a deposit day and drove it for 400 miles before returning home after midnight when deposit cleared altogether with a loaded trailer and abandoned the equipment and load on side of the road. And just texted that he quit and couple of nasty words. He said we will find the truck in pieces if we ever try to argue or do anything at all, and he knows where to find us. Otherwise seems like a nice guy, like a professional, he will show you pictures of all his trucks he drove…but he is a total fraud and a dangerous man.

Mr. Randall Burson is not eligible for rehire. During his employment, he demonstrated significant issues involving honesty, judgment, and reliability. In one incident, he attempted delivery of a load that required tarping but arrived without the load being properly protected, resulting in a freight claim. Initial statements regarding the incident were inconsistent and changed after customer video evidence was reviewed. In a separate incident, Mr. Burson abandoned company equipment while under dispatch, leaving a truck, trailer, and customer freight stranded. Due to these events and the resulting loss of confidence in his ability to safely and responsibly represent the company, we would not consider him for future employment.

Mr. Detonio Price was engaged as a 1099 contractor and, at the time of separation, was actively participating in a DOT SAP follow-up testing program from a prior FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse violation. During an active delivery assignment, multiple company personnel reported concerns regarding his condition, including slurred speech, confusion, and behavior inconsistent with prior interactions. Law enforcement subsequently responded to the delivery location, where Mr. Price was arrested for Public Intoxication and Public Urination. Following an internal review, the contractor relationship was terminated immediately for violation of company safety policies and failure to remain fit for duty while operating under the carrier's authority. No additional FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse violation was reported by the company related to this incident.

Mr. Ray was employed from 04/28/2026 through 05/08/2026.

Prior to receiving his assigned truck, Mr. Ray was dispatched to Texas with another company driver to recover two recently purchased fleet vehicles. During that trip, management received reports of continual complaints regarding company equipment and negative comments directed toward the other driver.

Upon assignment of a detailed and service-ready 2019 Kenworth T680 double-bunk sleeper, Mr. Ray continued expressing dissatisfaction with the equipment and requested additional accommodations. To assist him, the company dispatched freight toward his home area so he could obtain additional personal items.

While under dispatch, Mr. Ray requested and received an emergency cash advance, stating his family was facing eviction. After delivering his load, he advised dispatch that he had a family emergency and remained unavailable for approximately one week. Shortly after receiving his first settlement, he informed ownership that he would not be returning to work and instructed the company to retrieve its equipment because he was leaving for California to deal with the "family emergency".  Application shows the use of "Family Emergency" a number of times for reason to resign.

Ownership offered financial assistance to return the tractor and trailer to the terminal and attempted to coordinate a reasonable return plan. Mr. Ray refused all proposals and abandoned the tractor at his residence while leaving the trailer unattended at a truck stop.

The company was forced to dispatch another driver, purchase airfare, and incur additional recovery expenses to retrieve the equipment. Based on his conduct, refusal to cooperate, abandonment of company assets, and costs incurred by the company, Mr. Ray is not eligible for rehire and would not be recommended for employment.

Mr. Washington completed the hiring process, accepted the position, agreed to compensation and onboarding terms, and was scheduled for travel at company expense. At Mr. Washington's request, travel arrangements were changed from June 8, 2026, to June 15, 2026, resulting in additional travel costs.

Prior to Mr. Washington's scheduled start date, the company incurred expenses associated with the hiring process, including motor vehicle record reviews, Clearinghouse queries, pre-employment drug testing, administrative processing, and travel arrangements. After these resources had been committed, Mr. Washington ceased communication and failed to respond to multiple phone calls, text messages, and emails.

Mr. Washington provided no notice that he no longer intended to proceed with employment and made no effort to request cancellation of the company-purchased airline ticket or other onboarding arrangements. Fortunately, the airline reservation was canceled prior to departure and a travel credit was obtained, mitigating a portion of the financial loss.

Based on Mr. Washington's failure to communicate, failure to honor previously agreed employment commitments, and disregard for the time and resources invested in the hiring process, the application was closed and Mr. Washington was designated as ineligible for future employment consideration.
