    Driver is very difficult to work with. He sounds ok in the beginning, but a few weeks later starts to be very unreasonable. He refuses a lot of loads. We changed 3 dispatchers per his request and nothing helped. Driver disregarded dispatcher’s warnings and chose to dead-head over 600 miles home to Kansas City. We had to fly out there to recover the truck. We would not rehire even if he was the last driver on the planet.
