    We paid him $200 via Zelle just to make him happy when I explained to him if he tested on the road like we asked we would have had results in sooner. Our MRO passed away the Friday before he came to the office, and I told him that they are sending the samples to a secondary lab. They were backed up with our samples as well as their own. So normally we do not give drivers money while waiting for results, but we did to show him good faith in our company.  We paid for his hotel stay ($350), Uber ($100), and flight home($320) and back($340) as well as the $200 cash to his account via Zelle. That is a total of $1310 and he hasn't even started with us.
