    We bought him a plane ticket in order to bring him to the office for the orientation, he didn't show up at the airport. Later that day he called us asking to give him one more chance saying that the car that was supposed to take him to the airport broke down. We used the credit from the previous ticket and booked him another one, he didn't show up again, this time with no call or text message at all.
