the driver seemed very good at the start over the phone emphasized he was a great driver. We gave him a opportunity and did the full process in 2 days we also got the driver a uber from his previous work place. Once arrived driver started backing out due to 2 weeks hold which was discussed prior to orientation. The driver can sell himself but is unreliable and waste of time
