    **DO NOT HIRE** **DO NOT HIRE** If I could rate him a 0 I would, first and foremost he's an unsafe driver, secondly he was underpeforming heavily, once we told him he was no longer employed with us he took the truck and started heading to Florida stating that he just wanted to take his microwave back. He dropped a trailer in the middle of nowhere in some random parking and continued deadheading to Florida. It took an hour to convince him to come back to the yard and pick up the trailer. Returned a brand new truck and trailer with damages that he never reported. **DO NOT HIRE** **DO NOT HIRE**
