    The guy requested a specific airline for his flight, which he intentionally missed… he got flight credit for the flight he intentionally missed. then requested another flight with another date and asked us to cover the difference between his flight credit and the new ticket . We kindly offered him to reimburse him for the difference between the 2 tickets as soon as he makes it to Chicago. To which he replied he is not doing that … Then he started yelling how we should be doing everything in our power to accommodate him and if we really want him and his whole attitude changed. As u can imagine the second flight he was planing on missing was on a date that was much more expensive. He is gonna request a flight through SouthWest airlines (I guess thats the easiest way to get flight credit) pay for a flight from Dallas and u would be wasting ur money. Ask him to come and be reimbursed… he will never show up !
