    Mr. Harold was a company driver for a month, and he was a good driver. However there was very hard communication between him and the dispatch/safety team because he was speeding and did not accept when our team was giving him warnings about things like unsafe driving, or asking for updates. He did not want communication between him and the dispatch team, especially when updates were needed. At the end after he delivered a load in MI, he decided to return the truck back to our yard in IL and left. Honestly he is a good driver in terms of driving and managing the clock, everything else with him will be difficult to manage.
