    Communication from beginning looked good. Driver makes good impression, but once employed from next day started problems. Every day tired(from sitting in truck and sleeping), unhappy, late to every PU and DEL.  Taking load and when decides to do his personal things and runs late for couple days. And he still pressing that he may drop truck or even sell cargo in black market.
