    Abandoned a truck with a loaded trailer. Was late the last few months to receivers on most of the loads. Some days could not even do 300 miles a day because he would get tired. Asked to be routed to TX to renew his license. Did not renew there once he got to TX. Then asked to take him to renew his license to MO, even though he originally was from TX. Did not renew there as well. Instead left a truck with a loaded trailer in MO with no warning. This guy needs to retire. It is too much for him to be on the road.
