    Absolutely mentally ill person. Since day one threats to all office members, constantly missing miles no matter what you do and try to help him, constant threats with IRS, DOT, lawyers. Changes his mind on a minute basis, does not remember what he said 5 minutes ago. Mentally unstable, I would say he even can not be driving a semi truck because he is a threat to any community while is on the road!!! Beware and avoid this person at any cost!

    I completely agree. Very mentally unstable person. Everything around is a problem and everyone is cheating, never his fault but he is always the best driver.

    Very needy and very complicated person. He only works on w2, he does not want to drive certain routes, we changed 3 dispatchers in 7 weeks, that's still no go. Dispatcher gives him 450 miles - cancel load, i need more. She gives 700 miles, calls the owner to complaint that we are pushing him, too many miles. Constantly changing his mind on pretty much everything. Want to go home this weekend. Dispatcher takes cheaper rate route just to get him home, then on Thursday he says get me a load anywhere, maybe next week I will go home. When gets mad - starts threatening company with authorities. 7 weeks for us was enough to terminate the guy. Good luck whoever hires him.
