    Not a great person to work with. Old grumpy man thinking he is smarter than anyone else. Bad communication, can't properly talk to him. Likes to yell at the people who are calling him ,doesn't want to listen and hangs up the phone in the middle of a conversation because of his anger issues. Not so great with eld's, keeps getting into violations
