This guy is the last one you want to hire. He was always late to pick up / delivery, doing one load per week, always asking for cash advance. At the end he abandoned our truck in Florida, with $500 bill for parking, and was trying to claim our insurance. saying that he hurt his hand from last load trying to clean the trailer. When one of our drivers went to recover the truck the trailer was very messy as no one ever cleaned it, the truck was in the worst condition, dirty with meat inside of the fridge, worms everywhere, it was impossible to touch that truck. We ordered cleaning, and had to throw away the fridge, microwave, mattress... Once our recovery guy started driving, the other issue pupped up, Erick put some solution in the truck tank, so truck wont be drivable. We had to repair in Florida which is double expensive, since truck showed water in the engine, and was not movable. We lost much money with this driver rather than earn.
