    Hijacked truck , booking his own loads against company policy. Amending broker to quick pay him . Abandoned truck with multiple damages and stolen company equipment.

    Driver applied, kept saying I will get my drug test tomorrow for over a week. He says, I will get my drug test and flight ticket and be there on Monday for orientation. Driver did not show up for orientation. I wont even look at him again if he calls back, at this point he has been nothing but a waste of man hours and money. Would not recommend anyone just doesn't seem to want to work.

    He asked for a 2000$ loan the first week of working in the company, luckily we had suspicions because After delivering in NJ he called and said he is taking a week off, soon TA there called us to move the truck cause he blocked the Diesel pump and he said he already left the NJ and can not do it. Next week, while he was "off" we received a confirmation for a load we never booked, and the broker called and asked do we have a dispatcher named Emanuel Zarate. We tried explaining that he can not book loads under our MC on his own and to see when is he going to start driving again, he said he is not gonna drive and he is not giving us the truck keys back
