    He is very unprofessional and only job hops, please do not waste your time on him he will only say he will join your company and back out last minute. We met in person and he checked the truck out and was indeed on board to join our fleet only to back out last minute in a very unproessional manner. Please avoid this driver he is a horrible canidate and based off his previous experinece he is also a horrible driver.

    On November 28 2022, Emal Tawab refused to bring his truck to the company yard. After pleading about financial woes, we agreed to pay him early once returning to the yard. Instead, upon receiving the funds, he drove to, and abandoned the truck at Loves Travel Center. Shortly after, a company representative went to recover the truck and found the gear shifting column and turn signal columns broken off. Specifically destroyed to prohibit the truck from operation. The electronic logbook tablet device was also stolen from the truck. Prior to abandoning the truck, Emal was extremely disrespectful, spewing profanity at members of our fleet management team. We will never again hire someone who is sitting in a hotel room, 1000 miles from home.
