    The driver was traveling from New Jersey to Florida empty, refused to take the load, and drove home. He ignored all the demands of the dispatcher and the owner of the company to stop. Since he didn't have time to drive, he turned off the logbook and drove 608 miles without a logbook. After that, he gave us his demands on when to take the load and when he would return the truck to Illinois. He also had a speed violation inspection, which he hid.
