    Edward likes to be called JASON. He mentioned he had a dog and we explained the pet escrow; upon arrival he said his dog was a service dog so he was insisting that he did not want to pay the pet escrow. The dog bit two of our employees. Than the driver insisted on getting a new truck he seen in the shop being prepared for the road. He was advised the truck wasn't ready for the road. He complained so much we decided not to move forward because of his dog. The driver has tried to contact everyone by writing bad reviews. His wife thinks she is an employee too; insisting on learning the ELD, she wanted to fill out the paperwork and said "JASON will sign the paperwork WHEN she is finished. This couple is a problem if they do not get their way. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.......
