    At first sounded polite and normal. "Yes, sir", "No, sir" and all. Turned out to be an idiot and a liar. Also missed his flight. After that, he had the audacity to call and ask us to buy him another one. Anyways. Unfortunately, this persons low intellect cost us a lot of money. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars wasted on him. Don't spend a dime on this person.
