    Devante had 2 previous hand held violations while driving a CMV along with speeding and a violation to control vehicle. Since the violations happened 2 years ago, we decided to give him a chance. After driving for us 2 weeks driver took 1 week off. When he returned he demanded more MENTAL HEALTH DAYS OFF. We decided to bring DJ back to the office to discuss the problems; in the mean time we received a call from another driver stating DJ was texting and driving a CMV and almost hit another truck. We questioned DJ and he admitted he was texting and responded "what else am I suppose to do when I'm all alone in the truck". He's always late for pick up's and deliveries. In the end DJ abandoned his truck and trailer with a LOAD. Once we recovered the truck it smelled of Marijuana. The condition of the truck was horrible, trash was all over and the truck smelled of Marijuana, cigarette butts was thrown on the floor, there was several gallons on URINE and dirty clothes that covered the floor. The microwave plate was on the floor and not in the microwave, candy bars was crashed into the floor. If you don't want headaches or your equipment trashed........STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRIVER, he's not worth the paper you print his check on!

    Devante has 2 previous handheld violations while driving a commercial vehicle, along with speeding and inability to control vehicle. Since his last violation happened 2 years ago. We decided to give him a chance. After driving for us for 2 week's, Devante took 1 week off. He returned and demanded more mental health day's. Decided to bring Devante back to the office to talk to him face-to-face. On his way back to the office, we received a call from another driver stating that Devante was on his cell phone while driving and almost hit another truck. We called Devante to get his side of the story. He didn't deny the fact that he was using his cell phone. He said, "what else am I supposed to do when I'm in the truck all by myself". He was always late for his pick-up and deliveries. At the end, he decided to abandon his truck and trailer with a load. Once we recovered his truck, we noticed the smell of marijuana in the truck. I don't recommend him.

    Very unprofessional behavior. The driver took the truck and then abandoned it at a truck stop without any prior notice or coordination. This caused serious operational issues and unnecessary stress for the company.

    No responsibility, no communication, and no respect for the equipment or the business. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in professional trucking and creates financial and logistical losses.

    Would not recommend working with this driver.

    Unacceptable behavior. The driver effectively held the truck and its contents hostage, refusing to return the vehicle or complete the job. Combined with his constant lateness and aggressive attitude, this was a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

    Worst driver that I've worked with ever! Has a very big attitude, nothing satisfies him, always arguing with the dispatcher and refusing good paying loads. NOT RECOMMENDED!
