    Derek was driving for us for two and half months. He was driving straight all the loads meaning, once he was loaded he went directly to the receivers and was always on time, however he was ALWAYS speeding over 15-20mph. Also he was never cooperative with the safety team and rarely picked up the phone, he never sent the proof of delivery on time and once we had an issue because he did not get a signed copy from the receiver. In general, apart from the fact he drove everything on time he was a risk for our safety policies and impossible for the dispatch in terms of communicating with him. He was very impulsive and never accepted constructive criticism. We do not recommend this driver.
