    Picked up a load from TN to MS, after the pick up, he turned off the phone and drove home to Albany, GA. Left the truck and loaded trailer at the truck stop and never answered the phone again. We had to make a spare key at the dealer and send another driver to recover the truck. Load was late several days because of this. While loaded, drove home without approval on several occasions for over 200 miles off the route. Unreliable driver, bad communication, late for appointments
