Demario joined us in late November, facing an accident two weeks into his tenure, which was not his fault. Despite the untoward incident resulting in significant damage to the truck, our organization promptly took proactive measures to assist him by facilitating the provision of a rental truck to ensure continuity in his professional endeavors. Subsequently, Mr. Choice made the personal decision to return to his residence in December and didn't answer our calls. However, upon reaching out to him, we encountered challenges in maintaining open communication channels. Not only did he refrain from responding to our calls, but he also retained possession of a trailer he had rented from our company, neglecting the agreed-upon monthly rental payments. Despite our dispatcher's efforts to coordinate loads, a series of cancellations ensued due to various reasons provided by Mr. Choice, including lateness for pickups and requests for alternative assignments. Given the aforementioned challenges, we were left with no recourse but to request Mr. Choice to return all equipment to our yard in accordance with the stipulations outlined in his contractual agreement. In a concerted effort to support his immediate financial needs, we booked a load going close just to help him to have money for the diesel. He dropped the equipment with the trailer loaded and refused to make the delivery. Because of that now we're in a bad relationship with the broker and got a 411 report.
