Drove teams with his wife Lynn Michelle Ellison Kozlowski, she ran the show, both very difficult to communicate. As a team they managed to be late on loads that gave plenty of time to make it on point deliveries. They always assume that someone is trying to screw them over and in doing so any little hiccup turns into them bolting home and holding equipment hostage. Do not waste your time with these 2, they are past their prime when it comes to work ethics.
