    Very lazy. He had a local job, we paid him hourly and he would drive forever slow to buy time, and at the pickup or delivery he would park on the side saying he was waiting for his turn, and it was a lie. The end of his carrier at our company was when we told him to finally drive after 2 hours of sitting after delivery doing completely nothing. He said he would not go where we want him to go, but he is not quitting. Total absurd. He wants to get paid hourly for doing nothing. It's a complete joke.
