    Driver failed more that 50% of the loads he was given, many days only drove 100-150 miles and then parked the truck for 20hours without moving an inch while he is loaded and under dispatch.

    Abandoned the truck and parked in on private property so we would not be able to recover it without trespassing. He shot out the passenger side window with his pistol, stole the chains, camera's, fluids, and all equipment he was issued. We had to get the local sheriff's department involved ( turns out they know him on a first name basis and were amazed that he was able to pass the pre-employment drug test). The truck was destroyed on the inside, and to top things off he gave my recovery driver a .45 caliber bullet and told him that was for the owner. Watch out for this guy, not sure how he still has a valid CDL.
