As soon as he started earning good money, he started spending his time in casinos more and more often. He would go to casino while under a load and would not pick up his phone for hours. He was late for appointments due to gambling. He hit an electric pole while turning at the private parking lot after he made a wrong turn and he did not report anything to us. Company had to pay $10,250 for that incident. After he was discharged, he applied to work for a company that we know and we found out he failed the pre-employment drug test. He was positive on meth. Carlos is a good guy, but his addictions got him.
