    He has been in our company for only 3 months and has already had 3 accidents in the past 2 months. Every time he says that it's not always his fault, the other truck was parked wrong and that the door on the trailer was loose. Keep in mind that the as2 accident happened because he was backing up, so his fault no matter how somebody else was parked. In the end he took the trailer and the truck and drove straight from TX to Nevada and abandoned it in front of his house not answering to any calls or texts from the company. He did this on purpose because he said it will hurt us more to recover the truck from Nevada, because nobody lives there and the plain tickets to send another driver there are high. Do not hire!
