    All good at the beginning, then over the fact that he didn't like the way that a Freightliner Cascadia 2019 rides, in less than a week, after we spoke of bringing him back and changing the truck for a Volvo, while passing by home, he disappeared for close to 48hrs (no communication whatsoever) and left a loaded truck, needles to say, expensive reefer load, late for delivery, brokers went crazy, a lot of effort/money for recovering the load. Don't know how to call this, really poor communication! Had to let him go, really need to thread carefully around him!
