Please stay away from this driver and do NOT deal with his aggressive behavior and disrespect. Got into an accident of 5000$ damage to other motorists' OTR and never reported the accident to the company. We had to find out from our insurance that we have a recent claim opened on our policy. Inspections with multiple violations for stupid reasons. Driving without bobtail insurance. Stole our company trailer and did not respond on the phone to answer our question on where is our equipment and what is the load status (delivered/undelivered). Delays on reefer loads with penalties from customers/brokers. Asked for multiple advances and we issued him a lot of money and then eventually, somehow directly after he got into the accident he stopped answering our phone calls and used our company fuel card and we ended up having a negative balance in our company and we had to send the balance to a collection agency.
