    At Recruiting, driver only has 10 months CDL-class A experience. He makes claims that he is making 3k a week, I checked and his company is paying him 55CPM. We offered him 30% from gross. He said he has 30 years experience doing flatbed. He also agreed to come to work with us, I told him Stepdeck low average makes $2,400 weekly. He has a toxic temperament in my opinion. Claims he does 5000 miles a week following the ELD lawfully. He called me a liar after I did not want to share another driver's pay statement. Also threatened my company. Not sure the motive but I feel it's just his temperament. Please be careful considering this driver. Do your homework.
