This driver was terminated – He did not pick up or deliver a single load on time. He lied to everyone within our company. He did not take ownership of any of his issues always blamed someone else for them. He had two different trucks with us, and they both came back with damage, he claimed they were damaged when he got them, we have photos to prove this is false on both trucks. He did not keep up with maintenance, the first truck he returned with next to no oil in it. He was with us for just a couple of weeks and had multiple citations for logbook issues as well as for having headphones on while driving. There were multiple complaints from different departments, recruiting, billing, payroll, dispatch, and safety for various reasons, mainly attempting to contact them outside of their office hours or while they were off the clock, claiming it was an emergency (when it wasn’t), or to complain about someone else within our company and or equipment. He also could not provide a copy of his social security card or his green card, stating that they were in his car when it was stolen while he was in Germany visiting relatives. He stated he was working to get both but had no proof of the attempts he had made for them. Do not fall for this, as he would have had to present his green card to reenter the US. Advise to stay away from him as he has a temper as well as does not follow directions nor does he want too.
