    DO NOT HIRE!!! He is slow, like a turtle. This guy doesn't drive at night. He also doesn't wake up early morning. 8 AM to 7 PM had been his schedule while he worked for me for 2 weeks. He forgets everything, including receipts, and then claims the money. He also doesn't drive when it snows. He was a day late on a load, and we caught him stopping and taking selfies. Has no idea about the HOS. After 2 weeks, we could barely bring him to the yard, and I found a cut on the steering tire. The truck was brand new. I had to change the tire. I deducted it from him, and he threatened to call the Labor Department. I have had enough drivers to be able to understand that this guy will only harm you and will be such a headache that you will regret you're in trucking!
