Driver came to our company, he were told that we currently not hiring because we don't have available trucks, but he said to find you one doesn't matter which. We provide him 2014 Unit with new tires new brakes, fully maintained. he start complaining that it's in bad condition now, but he were asking to purchase it. Driver wrote that we stole his money, but here is a thing... When the truck had a breakdown in TX, our fleet manager was working to get a road service and that what he did, and when service got to him we did find out that already another road service company working on our truck, because driver did hire them by himself without our office approval, so we had to pay twice for the service call and it's a 303$. Driver were telling about driver charged for tolls, he were clearly instructed with directions with pictures to avoid that specific toll road, Driver said that he don't care and that about 60$. A few days later when driver start working with us, he told his dispatcher that apparently he is not starting driving before sunrise, and not driving after sunset. A company driver! And guess what, driver were late for a few deliveries because of that and our company was charged 250$ for one of those loads, and 250$ for another load, we charge driver 150$ only.Not driver responsibility to be on time? On 6/8 and 6/16 we were notified and did find out that you got 2 RED Light violations! And those tickets going to arrive at our company soon. Also, the same day we got a notification that driver drove 23 miles over the speed limit, another day 13 miles over the speed limit, another day 17 miles over the speed limit. For all that per our safety policy, driver were charged 500$. The total amount of 1013$. From which we already spend 863$ and expecting another 300$-700$ for 2 RED lights violations and Speeding violations. And we do have all records and notifications of that.
