    We should've avoided this driver from the beginning but we tried to give her a chance. First she missed her orientation, never got on the flight, later she said that she had issues with her phone so she came at a later date and drove her own vehicle. She started driving and after a few days she notified us that she was doing a pre-trip inspection and noticed that half of the trailer roof is open and damaged (2023 trailer). She was advised to come back empty and she was driving 700 miles for 5 days.
