    terminated - He didn't report a failed roadside inspection(moving violation). Very often was late for pickups and deliveries. Rude person.Bad communication with all departments

    While he is paid 70cpm in this market he has too many destination requests treating the truck like a personal vehicle and the company as a travel agency. When we couldn't accommodate him even after us offering plane ticket or rent a car for him to get where he wants he is running away with the truck in unknown direction. State police is looking for him but there are small chances of this being on his record.
