    Do not hire! He worked for us for a couple of months. Late on pretty much every load. Told us he can do 500 miles per day when his capability gets limited to 300-350. Went home to take time off and pass the hazmat test. Told us he would roll out on Thursday, we booked him a load and when we started calling to get ETA to pick up, he texted back that he found a local job and he would resign from our company. Which we understood and asked him to bring the truck. He stopped responding to messages and calls and abandoned the truck in AZ (1800 miles away from our terminal). If anyone tolerates this, you can go ahead and hire him
