Horrible experience. I haven't checked him here and got him a rental car to come to orientation. He never came, once I told him we will be reporting him to the police he dropped the car at a random location and said to come and collect the car ourselves. We occurred so many additional charges for the rental car. 

The worst possible driver we have ever dealt with. Extremely low work ethic, every load he picked up needed to be rescheduled at least 2 times, he drives 100-200 miles a day. Picked up his last load on a Tuesday 3/22 and as of 3/28 he was still bringing it from AL to IL. He went home in OH, parked on a residential area, which almost got the truck towed. We sent one of our drivers to pick the truck up because we couldn't wait anymore. Aaron kept saying "the truck will be there, ill get there when I get there, the load will be delivered", we couldn't take his lame excuses no more, so we sent a driver. He created major issues with many brokers, he is very paranoid and thinks you are trying to scam him every step of the way. When he needs to step up to the plate and do his job, he is nowhere to be found tho. AVOID!
